TRANSFORMING CHALLENGES INTO OPPORTUNITIES

The facility needed seven separate utility networks built at the same time, each with its own material requirement, from SS304 to HDPE, cPVC and uPVC. Every line had to be fabricated, insulated, instrumented and commissioned within a tight schedule, without clashes between services on a busy site.

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTED

Right Material for Each Utility

SS304 for compressed air, cooling water and RO; cPVC for domestic water; HDPE for raw water and GW; uPVC for YKN.

Precision SS Fabrication

28,357 m of SS304 pipe: seamless SCH80 (15–50 NB) and ERW SCH10 (65–350 NB).

Complete Package

3,500 sq m of rubber insulation plus C&I: flowmeters, pressure and temperature gauges, and electrical cabling.

Dedicated Site Team

157 skilled personnel working in parallel teams to keep every utility on schedule.

SUMMARY OF SUCCESS STORY

Luthra delivered 32,315 metres of multi-utility piping in just 10 months, from fabrication to commissioning, giving the client a fully integrated, leak-free utility network ready for production.
